A new look for Bayside Marketplace!

Bayside Marketplace, a waterfront shopping center home to 150 stores and restaurants built in 1987 will soon get a complete makeover.

The mall located between Bayfront Park and the American Airlines Arena in Downtown Miami is destination to 23 Million visitors annually both local and tourists, and will also be home to Skyrise Miami, the observation tower promised to be the Eiffel Tower of Miami and expected to be completed in 2018.

The renovations by Zyscovich architects include a complete facelift which will bring the outdated structure to the 21^st century and attract new visitors and tenants such as Segafredo scheduled to open soon. In a future phase of the project, Bayside Marketplace would nearly double the size of its parking garage and add retail space along Biscayne Boulevard.
