New Approved Mixed Project Building in Overtown to enhance All Aboard Florida vision for Downtown

Excited to see all the changes coming to Miami! With this approved 12 Story Building Project, residents of this previously forgotten area, as well as all users of Miami’s public transportation who arrive at the station will enjoy shopping, buying groceries, professional office spaces, and more.

The Project, 3 MiamiCentral will be located between 6^th and 7^th Street, and between Northwest 1^st Court and 2^nd Avenue, and it’s the smallest piece of the All Aboard Florida’s development in Downtown which will connect the different public transportation types all under one roof.

The building will be in the area of Overtown very close to MetroRail, MetroMover, the future Miami World Center development, and several new residential projects now under construction.
