Florida
Realtors Magazine just announced a Wells Fargo partnership with NeighborWorks
America has allocated down payment grants to homeowners in 40 communities
throughout the U.S. through its LIFT
program.
In
Florida 4 pilot cities have been approved to receive the help: Miami,
Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa.
Wells
Fargo says that it paid $300 million in LIFT programs that provide down payment
assistance grants, program support and homebuyer education to 11,000 families
who are now enjoying their new home, and through the education received in the
program, are now well prepared to be better homeowners over time.
