Aventura & Sunny Isles Beach


Aventura is a planned, suburban city located in northeastern Miami-Dade County, Florida. The name comes from the Spanish word for "adventure", and was named "Aventura" after one of the developers of the original group of condominiums in the area remarked to the others, "What an adventure this is going to be. Currently has a population of over 73,000.
Composed mostly by high condominiums towers with waterways, lush parks, and 2 championship golf courses at Turnberry Isles Miami resort. A 12-acre Founders Park with an exercise trail, tennis courts and Waterways dog park. The famous Aventura Mall (Third largest in the United States with over 29 million visitors per year and over 300 designer stores). And the Aventura Arts & Cultural Center, a waterfront venue offering concerts, musicals and comedy shows.

Sunny Isles Beach is a city located on a barrier island on the Northern end of Miami Beach, bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. Host of the Sunny Isles Beach Jazz fest every fall. Haulover Beach Park with endless waterfront activities, picnic facilities, a major marina and 1.4 miles of white sand; and the Monastery of St. Bernard de Clairvaux, originally built in the 1100s in Segovia it was disassembled and transported from Spain by William Randolph Hearst, reassembled stone by stone and renamed the Ancient Spanish Monastery.
