Rents in the Miami
metropolitan area are forecast to rise nearly twice as fast as the national average
over the next year as per Zillow’s latest forecast, the Miami Herald reported. The
forecast however is divided into Zip codes with certain areas like Miami
Gardens, Hialeah and Kendall seeing higher increases, and Brickell and the
Biscayne Corridor staying pretty much at the same level for the next year
(mostly due to already very high rents and an influx of new units entering the
market).
